On September 11, Adobe announced the launch of its AI agents, designed to change how businesses create, deliver, and improve customer experiences and marketing campaigns. These AI tools run on the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Agent Orchestrator, allowing companies to set up and manage AI agents from Adobe as well as other providers.
Many large organisations already use AEP to connect and leverage their data in real time. Since Adobe’s AI agents are built on this platform, they can access a company’s data, content, and workflows to better understand the context. This makes the AI agents smarter, more relevant, and capable of driving real business results.
Over 70% of businesses using AEP are already leveraging Adobe’s new AI Assistant. This assistant works like a chat tool, letting teams use everyday language to interact with AI agents from Adobe and other providers. These agents are smart AI tools that help businesses improve their operations.
Adobe also introduced the AEP Agent Orchestrator, a central system that understands user prompts and intelligently coordinates the right AI agents to complete tasks efficiently. If a task needs a final review or adjustment, a “human-in-the-loop” feature allows a person to step in and refine the process.
Many AI agents come ready-to-use within Adobe’s main business apps, like Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform and Adobe Journey Optimiser, helping marketers work faster and improve Customer Experience Orchestration (CXO).

- Audience Agent: Creates and manages customer groups for personalised campaigns, recommends valuable audiences, and tracks performance.
- Journey Agent: Designs customer journeys across channels like email and mobile, identifies drop-offs, and provides insights to improve engagement.

- Data Insights Agent: Analyses customer behaviour from multiple sources, visualises trends, predicts outcomes, and helps solve problems. Available in Adobe’s Customer Journey Analytics and other enterprise apps.
- Site Optimisation Agent: Keeps websites running smoothly by detecting issues like broken links or slow pages that affect customer engagement.
- Product Support Agent: Assists Adobe customers with software issues, offering direct support, troubleshooting, and tracking support cases within workflows.
